Why clean Technology Equipment Application

EXISTING CLEANING METHODS

Nowadays, the primary method of underwater cleaning is mechanical hyadraulic brush cleaning technology. Apart from its significant weight (100-2000 kg) and high cost, hyadraulic brush system and its pump hydraulic station also have other disadvantages:

Brush-Kart 1
Brush-Kart 2
Brush-Kart 3
  • Damage to expensive paint and varnish coatings, as well as anti-corrosion and antifouling coatings due to the instrument's contact with the surfaces being cleaned
  • The periodic replacement of mechanical cleaning tools (brushes and scrapers) results in higher costs and a slow down in the cleaning process
  • Not effective on hard and thick marine growth or weeds
  • Limited ability to access hard-to-reach surface area such as propellers, kingstons, rudders etc.
  • Using the hydraulic drive may cause oil leakage and environmental contamination
  • Cleaning is restricted by weather conditions and water temperature
Fortunately, you have a superior alternative - Underwater Cavi-Jet Technology!
